So far, the total confirmed cases of corona in the country have been 31,440,951. At the same time, according to ICMR, 17,20,110 samples were tested in the country on Monday. So far, 4,59,16,4121 samples have been tested across the country.

Earlier, the ministry said that the total number of doses of Kovid-19 vaccine given so far in the country has crossed 44.19 crore. In another significant achievement, Maharashtra on Monday became the first state to administer both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to over one crore people, the ministry said. The ministry said that 66 lakh doses of the vaccine were given on Monday. It said that in the age group of 18-44 years, 7,20,900 vaccines were administered as first dose and 3,49,496 as second dose on Monday.

The ministry said that Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Haryana, Jharkhand, Kerala, Telangana, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, Uttarakhand and West Bengal have provided Kovid-19 vaccine to more than 10 lakh beneficiaries in the age group of 18-44 years. given the first dose.
