Diamond Auction In Panna / 26.11 carat diamond sold for Rs 1.62 crore; 88 diamonds sold for Rs 3.51 crore in two days

The Diamond Office has sold 88 diamonds for Rs 3.51 crore in the two-day diamond auction in Panna. On the first day, 36 diamonds of 82.4 carats were sold for Rs 1.65 crore. On the second day, 36 diamonds of 58.35 carats were bid for Rs 1.86 crore. The biggest diamond in this was 26.11 carats, which has been sold for Rs 1.62 crore. This diamond is said to be one of the largest diamonds found in Panna.

This time there was more enthusiasm about the sale of diamonds in Panna. The special thing was that a big diamond of 26.11 carats, for which one crore 62 lakh 40 thousand 420 rupees was bid. Businessman Brajesh Jadia bought this diamond in the presence of Collector Sanjay Kumar Mishra. A few days ago, Sushil Shukla, a resident of Panna, got this diamond from a shallow mine. The bid for this diamond went up to Rs 6.22 lakh per carat. It was bought by Brajesh Jadia of Mother James.

The big diamond was found on February 21

Sushil Shukla of Panna city was setting up a diamond mine for 20 years. Were working hard, but the hard work was successful on 21 February when he got a diamond of 26.11 carats. It is said to be the third largest diamond found in Panna. After auctioning this diamond, Sushil said that he wants to use this money for good education of his children and building a house. He did not have any house in Panna till now.

12% royalty will be deducted

Collector Sanjay Kumar Mishra said that this time there was a good response regarding the auction of diamonds. Diamond traders from Surat, Mumbai and Varanasi also came to Panna to bid. From all the auctioned diamonds, 12% royalty will be deducted and the rest will be given to the diamond owner.
