Tragic accident in MP / 3 real brothers who went to bathe in Chambal river died due to drowning, bodies were removed by rescue operation

Three real brothers of the same family, who had gone to bathe in the Chambal river at Rajghat in Morena district, died due to drowning. The family came to know about the drowning of the children from their clothes lying on the banks of the river. Seeing the apprehension of something untoward, the relatives immediately informed the police, after which the police carried out a rescue operation and took out the bodies of the three children from the river.


Kotwali police station in-charge Adhyatma Gautam told that the three sons of Khemchand, resident of Rajghat village, Rohit age 10 years, Chirag age 8 years and Kanha age 6 years went to take bath in Chambal river in the morning. When the three children did not return home after taking a bath as usual, the family members reached the river to search. Seeing the clothes of the three children lying on the banks of the river, the family informed the police, fearing that the children were drowning in the river, on which the police started the rescue operation. During the rescue, the police first took out the bodies of Chirag and Kanha from the river. But Rohit's clue was not found, after 3 hours of hard work, local divers also rescued the body of the third child.


After the incident, there was an outcry in the family, while there, there is silence in the village. The police got the three dead bodies kept in the mortuary of the district hospital. The bodies have been handed over after conducting post-mortem in the presence of relatives. Police have started investigation after registering a case in the incident.
