The Rajasthan government, which came under the BJP's target after the demolition of a 300-year-old Shiva temple in Rajgarh, Alwar, has taken a tough stand. Taking action in this matter, the Gehlot government has suspended Rajgarh sub-divisional officer Keshav Meena. At the same time, municipal EO Banwarilal Meena and Rajgarh municipal president Satish Duharia have also been suspended.

In fact, in the name of removing encroachment in Rajgarh, a bulldozer was run on the temple itself, after which the BJP is attacking the Gehlot government. A BJP delegation reached the spot and submitted its investigation report to the state president. Since then the Rajasthan administration has come into alert mode.

Temple was demolished on the grounds of encroachment

This action was taken in Rajgarh on 17th April. In fact, in the master plan, bulldozers were run to demolish shops and houses that were obstructed from the round circle of the town to the intersection of the fair. Describing the temple as encroachment, the administration team reached with a bulldozer and they broke the dome of the temple. After this the Shivling was cut with the help of a cutter. During this, the idols of other gods and goddesses including Hanuman ji have been broken. Three temples have been demolished here. Due to this the sculptures of about 300 years old Shiva temple have been fractured. Videos and pictures of temple demolition are going viral on social media.
