In fact, a minor girl suddenly went missing from Mata Ka police station area of ​​Jodhpur city. After the sudden disappearance of the girl, the family members lodged a missing complaint with the police station. When the police started investigation after the missing person was registered, the location was found in a village on the basis of the call details. Police formed a team and recovered the minor girl from a village near Jodhpur and handed it over to the family members. But a few days later, the girl revealed the gang rape on two youths by taking them to the village, after which the family members immediately approached the police and registered a case of gangrape against unknown youths.

Sister's brother-in-law did gang-rape in relationship

ACP Nishant Bhardwaj said that when the missing girl was recovered and handed over to the relatives, the girl told the incident of gangrape with herself in front of them. He told that when the call details and the matter were inquired, it was revealed that the two brothers-in-law of the sister had committed the gang-rape in relation to the family members. The police immediately arrested both the brothers-in-law under the POCSO Act. The police have started interrogation by arresting both the gang-rape brothers Yuvraj and Nandkishore under the POCSO Act.
