Business | Petrol-diesel prices may not have increased on the first day of the new financial year, but the prices of commercial LPG-CNG and PNG have increased. PNG prices have been increased by Rs 5 per cubic metre. Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) said that with effect from April 1, 2022, the price of domestic PNG has been increased by Rs 5 per standard cubic meter (SCM).

This decision has been taken partly due to the increase in the cost of input gas. After this hike, now the price in Delhi will be Rs 41.61/SCM (including VAT). For Ghaziabad and Noida, the price of domestic PNG has been increased by Rs 5.85 to Rs 41.71/scm.

Explain that the price of CNG in Delhi has increased by 80 paise per kg. According to the information given on the website of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), the price of CNG in the National Capital Region (NCT) has been increased from Rs 60.01 to Rs 60.81 per kg.

The price of CNG in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad will be Rs 63.38 per kg while in Gurugram it will be available at Rs 69.17 per kg.
