A big conspiracy was being hatched to smolder West Bengal. Amidst the CBI investigation into the Birbhum violence, a large quantity of bombs have been found here. Police found country-made bombs in a bag near a football ground in Sikandarpur village here. After this there was a stir in the whole area. After the information, the bomb disposal squad of CID was called and these bombs were defused.

So far 21 people have been arrested

Police have arrested 21 accused in the violence case in Birbhum district of West Bengal. Most of them are workers of the ruling Trinamool Congress in the state. On the other hand, the CBI has imposed sections 147, 148, 149 and other sections of the IPC against these 21 accused. These sections pertain to armed riots. The Calcutta High Court on Friday ordered a CBI inquiry after eight people were burnt alive in Bagtui village of Birbhum district. The Mamta government, which came under pressure, ordered the police to make a swift arrest. In the last 72 hours, the police have arrested 21 people.

Biggest arrest after TMC came to power

Mamata Banerjee's party Trinamool Congress came to power in Bengal in 2011. Since then, this is the biggest arrest of ruling party workers. The police have also arrested an accused in the murder of TMC deputy chief Bhadu Sheikh. This violence was in retaliation for the killing of Sheikh, in which eight people were burnt alive. A total of 10 people have died in this violence.

CBI will talk to the injured

CBI team will reach a hospital today. Here the team officials will interact with the people injured in the violence. Apart from this, the officials can also talk to the local people in connection with the investigation.
