According to the order issued by the Home Ministry, non-Hindus coming from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will first have to prove themselves as residents of any of these three countries. For this, he will have to show his passport, birth certificate, educational certificate, any kind of certificate or license issued by the government there, land documents and any such documents which can prove this. It is possible that they are persecuted non-Muslim refugees from Pakistan, Bangladesh or Afghanistan.

Applicant must submit Aadhaar Card, Driver License, Ration Card, Birth Certificate, any paper issued by the Court, land documents, PAN Card, bank and post office documents, electricity and water bill, school and college documents issued by the Government of India. You can apply for citizenship by showing several documents including birth certificate and marriage certificate.
