New Delhi : In the Gyanvapi case, the district court of Varanasi has given a big verdict and said that this case is worth hearing. The way has been cleared for the hearing of Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri from the district court. The court has dismissed the application of the Anjuman Inaztiya Masajid Committee. The Hindu side is calling it its victory. Now in this matter Asaduddin Owaisi has said that after the verdict, it seems that we are going on the path of Babri Masjid.

Owaisi said, we should apply against this decision in the High Court. I hope the Anjuman Intejamiya Masjid Committee will petition against the decision. After this order, the Place of Worship Act of 1991 ceases to have any meaning. He further said, after this decision, instability will increase. We are going on the way to Babri Masjid. When the Babri verdict was given, I had warned that it would cause trouble.

Owaisi claimed that the Ayodhya case was decided on the basis of faith. Let us inform that in view of the decision of the district court, the police was on alert all over UP. At the same time, Section 144 was imposed in Varanasi. Now the people of Muslim side along with Owaisi are saying that the court has not followed the Places of Worship Act 1991.

At the same time, in the Place of Worship Act that is being talked about, it has been said that a place of worship of any religion that came into existence before independence cannot be converted into a place of worship of another religion. Anyone who tries to do so can be fined and imprisoned for three years. At that time the Ayodhya matter was in the court, so it was kept out of this law. The purpose of bringing this act was that the way the temple mosque dispute started in Ayodhya, it should not happen in other places.
