Politics News: After being disillusioned with Congress, TMC and Aam Aadmi Party, Ashok Tanwar has now joined Bharatiya Janata Party. Recently, Ashok Tanwar had resigned from the post of President and primary membership of Haryana Campaign Committee of Aam Aadmi Party. After which speculations were being made that Tanwar might join BJP and these speculations proved to be correct.

Ashok Tanwar took membership in BJP's Delhi headquarters. Here, he was accepted membership by State Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and State BJP President Nayab Singh Saini. It is believed that the party may make him its candidate from Sirsa Lok Sabha in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. After joining BJP, Ashok Tanwar also met BJP National President JP Nadda.

Broke ties with Congress in 2019

Let us tell you that after separating from Congress in the year 2019, he formed his own party but he could not do anything special and after that he joined Mamata Banerjee's party TMC. However, here too he stayed only for a year and joined Aam Aadmi Party on 4 April 2022. He had hoped that the Aam Aadmi Party would send him to Rajya Sabha this year but it did not happen and now he has separated from the Aam Aadmi Party as well.
