Bhanwarlal Jain (65), the eldest son of Ratlam district's oldest sarpanch Pistabai Chattar (86), was lynched by a BJP leader. The old man was killed on the suspicion of being a Muslim. The person who died was the brother of another BJP leader.


The entire family of the sarpanch had gone to Chittorgarh to worship Bheruji on 15 May. On May 16, Bhanwarlal went missing after worship. On Thursday, his body was found on Rampura road, half a km from the police station in Manasa (Neemuch). Now the VIDEO of beating Bhanwarlal has come to the fore. Neemuch police has arrested the accused Dinesh Kushwaha. He came to the fore when a bulldozer was sent to demolish his house in Manasa.


BJP leader kept beating badly

The BJP leader who beat up the elderly is Dinesh Kushwaha. In the video, he is seen beating Bhanwarlal badly by asking him to show his Aadhar card. When Dinesh asked the name and address, Mohammad came out of the mouth of mentally weak Bhanwarlal. Dinesh was shocked to hear this. He asked for Aadhar card and slapped Bhanwarlal continuously. Police has registered an FIR against Dinesh Kushwaha of Manasa (Ratlam). Dinesh has been an office-bearer in BJP Yuva Morcha and city unit. His wife has been a BJP councilor from ward number 3 in Manasa Municipal Council.


Bhanwarlal was mentally unwell

The Sarpanch of Sirsa (Ratlam) Pistabai has three sons – Bhanwarlal, Ashok and Rajesh Chattar. Ashok Chattar is the president of Tulavati Association in Mandi, while Rajesh is active in social service and is a sarpanch representative. The eldest son Bhanwarlal was mentally unsound. That's why he was not married.


Bhanwarlal went missing from Chittorgarh Fort

All the family members of Sarpanch Pistabai had gone to perform Bheru Puja at Chittorgarh Fort in Rajasthan on Purnima. On the second day on May 16, at 12 noon, Bhanwarlal got down from the fort without informing the family members. The family members searched a lot, but when they could not find them, they lodged a missing complaint at the Chittorgarh Kotwali police station.


Everyone thought that they must have come to Javra alone by sitting in the bus, so they started searching there too, but on Thursday, May 19, in the afternoon, Bhanwarlal's body was found on Rampura Road in Manasa. The police kept it in the hospital and made the photo viral on social media to identify the deceased. As soon as the younger brothers Ashok and Rajesh got information in Sarsi, they reached Manasa and identified the dead body. After identification, the dead body was brought to the village after postmortem on Friday morning and last rites were performed.


VIDEO of the assault went viral by the accused himself

The VIDEO of the assault was also made viral by the accused Dinesh himself in the Swachh Bharat group. From here, he reached Bhanwarlal's family through another group. Taking cognizance on the basis of this video, the police started the search for the husband of the BJP councilor and filed an FIR. At present he is absconding. Initially, the Manasa police station was seen procrastinating about registering an FIR. On the complaint of Jain society and relatives, accused Dinesh Kushwaha was booked under sections 302 and 304.


Also accused of withdrawing 200 rupees from pocket

Rajesh Chattar says that Bhai Bhanwarlal would not have been able to tell anything due to his innocence. Dinesh beat him badly. It is suspected that this is what caused the death. There were also marks of assault on the body at the time of postmortem. The assailant also took out Rs 200 from his pocket.

Rajesh told that he was in panic and if Dinesh had any doubts, he would have taken him to the police.

Bhanwarlal wandered in Manasa and could not speak in panic.
