Telangana Elections 2023: Before the elections in Telangana, BJP has suffered a huge blow. BJP leader Raj Gopal Reddy has resigned from the party and there is talk of him joining Congress. It is being said that after leaving BJP, he is soon joining Congress again. Let us tell you that only last year he left Congress and joined BJP and after this resignation, by-elections were held in Munugodu in which he was defeated. Now he is going back to Congress. His name was not in the first list of big candidates of BJP. The main reason for this was the speculation about his leaving the party. At the same time, Congress had also kept Munugodu vacant in the first list released.

Rajagopal Reddy has written in his resignation letter that he wants to defeat KCR at any cost and the party that can compete with BRS is Congress. Some time ago, BJP was looking quite capable of ousting KCR from the throne, but at present BJP has become weak in the state.

Will join Congress again

Rajagopal Reddy is likely to formally join the Congress party in Delhi in the presence of Rahul Gandhi in a day or two. Raj Gopal Reddy claimed that he is under pressure from people to rejoin Congress. However, he said that he has not yet taken a final decision. Reddy had left Congress in August last year and joined BJP.

Raj Gopal Reddy, who is the brother of Congress MP from Bhongir Komatireddy Venkata Reddy, was said to be unhappy with the BJP leadership and was one of the leaders who removed Sanjay from the central leadership as the state president of the party. There was a demand for removal. Former Bhongir MP, Raj Gopal Reddy was recently appointed as a member of the BJP's national executive and will now leave the BJP and return to the Congress. What kind of equation will remain after Raj Gopal Reddy leaves BJP will be known only after the elections.
