UP Politics: In his address during the budget session in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took a dig at former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and said that who knows when and whom he might betray. Now no party seems ready to join hands with Samajwadi Party. He said that the budget of UP government is dedicated to Lord Ram and it is also a roadmap for development.

In his address in the Assembly on the budget session, CM Yogi said that our aim is to develop the people. This budget is dedicated at the feet of Prabhuram. This is a public welfare budget. He said that the government is making every effort to realize the dream of Ramrajya. Our aim is to take Uttar Pradesh to new heights of prosperity. The budget has been presented by our government with a better roadmap.

Regarding giving Bharat Ratna to Chaudhary Charan Singh, CM Yogi said, “I express my gratitude for the Central Government honoring great personalities with Bharat Ratna. The honor of Chaudhary Saheb is the honor of millions of farmers who provide food. The development efforts made by Chaudhary Saheb as the Chief Minister and Prime Minister of UP are commendable. Farmers' issues came on the political agenda after 2014 and Chaudhary Saheb is the reason behind this."

Budget dedicated at the feet of Lord Ram- CM Yogi

CM Yogi said, “I was thinking that if the leaders of the opposition party will speak on the budget, they will speak on Choudhary Saheb, but… ‘Bigdi baat bane nahi, lakh karo kin koi, Rahiman phate doodh ko mathe na makhan hoye.’ Their position should be this. She has gone, no one is coming along, because everyone knows that they never know when they will betray whom.”

He said, “Serious level discussion took place in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly. The House continued till late night. The whole country saw this. 93 members participated in the debate and for this I also thank them.” He said, “In 2017, we presented the first budget with Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram as our witness. This time when we presented our eighth budget, we enshrined Ram Lalla and this budget is also dedicated at his feet. An attempt has been made to incorporate the concepts of Ramrajya in the first budget of Amritkaal.”

UP becomes number 2 economy in the country: CM Yogi

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also said, “The leader of the opposition party will be worried about the size of the budget, because this budget is the biggest budget of any state in the country. The budget of the opposition party is more than double the 2016 election budget. An action plan has been made in the budget for the development of the last person. Talking about the GDP of UP, GSDP was doubled in the last 7 years despite the Corona epidemic.

He said that whatever Uttar Pradesh reached in 70 years, we took the state much further in seven years. Today, in terms of economy, Uttar Pradesh has become the number two economy of the country. Today the state has become a revenue surplus state from Bimaru state. The rate of petrol diesel in the state is the lowest in the country. He said that we stopped tax evasion and also increased the revenue of the state. Banking business in the state has now increased to Rs 26 lakh crore.
