Weather Update: There is severe cold and fog in Delhi-NCR. The situation is such that even some distant roads are not clearly visible. Air passenger shared his experience

A passenger at Delhi's IGI airport said, 'My flight was scheduled to depart at 8:40 am, but now it is scheduled to depart at 10:30 am. He attributed this mainly to weather and fog.

Impact is visible on trains also

Indian Railways trains are also late due to fog and passengers at the railway station are seen feeling troubled due to cold. According to the information received, 30 trains are running late.

How much visibility is there today?

India Meteorological Department tweeted, '500 meter visibility was observed at Delhi Palam (VIDP) and Safdarjung Airport at 5.30 am IST today (January 16).'

Heavy fog in many areas of Delhi
