Singhvi's attack on ED's action

The Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED has interrogated former Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and party president Mallikarjun Kharge in this case and recorded their statements. On this action of ED, senior Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi said, "The news of ED's attachment of AJL properties shows their desperation to divert attention from the certain defeat in the ongoing elections in the states. He said, "PMLA The action can only arise as a result of a predicate or principal crime. There is no transfer of any immovable property. There is no movement of money. There are no proceeds of crime. In fact, there is no complainant who can make this claim. Do you think he has been cheated on, not even a single one!”

Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that BJP's alliance partner CBI, ED or IT cannot stop BJP's defeat in the elections. Let us tell you that assembly elections have been held in Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram. Apart from the second phase of voting in Chhattisgarh, elections are to be held in Rajasthan and Telangana. The results of the assembly elections of all these five states will come on December 3.
