The President of the country Ram Nath Kovind has reached Uttar Pradesh on a three-day visit. According to the schedule, His Majesty reached his village Paraunkh first on Sunday morning. Here he visited Pathri Devi temple and then greeted the villagers and thanked everyone. After this, the President bowed down to his motherland and applied its soil on the forehead. Apart from UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Governor Anandiben Patel was also present with the President.

The President got down from the helipad near his village. As soon as he landed here, he bowed his forehead to the soil of his motherland. Let us inform that after nearly four years of becoming the President, Ram Nath Kovind reached his native village Paraunkh for the first time on Sunday. After reaching the village, he visited Pathri Devi temple with wife Savita. For about 15 minutes, the priest Krishna Kumar Bajpai performed the puja by law. On this occasion, His Majesty brought fruits and sweets with him.

President Kovind said at the felicitation ceremony of Kanpur Dehat, 'I never dreamed that a simple boy from a village like me would get the privilege of holding the highest office in the country. But our democratic system has made it possible. Today, on this occasion, I salute the freedom fighters of the country for their sacrifices and their contribution to the committee that drafted the Constitution. As far as I have reached today, the credit goes to the soil of this village and the love and blessings of all of you.

President applied the soil of the village, remembered childhood

President Ram Nath Kovind got emotional after reaching his village. Recalling his childhood, he said that he has reached Rashtrapati Bhavan with the blessings of this soil of the village and its people. In the beginning of the address at the venue of the Abhinandan ceremony, he said that I am more happy than all of you have come to my village. He had a great longing to come to the motherland. He himself told that when he got down from the helicopter, he touched the feet of the motherland. The President prayed that this time there should be no further delay in coming to the village, then there should be a chance to come to the village early.

Wherever you are, I am also you, you citizen and I, being the President, I am called the first citizen. He said that earlier it was difficult to get out of the village and reach somewhere higher, now it is not so in the democratic system. He said that the state has given nine Prime Ministers and now the President has also opened the way ahead. Reached till today with the blessings of village soil. He said that if the Presidential train came, the freight corridor was shown, it is very important for development, its results will be visible soon.

missed childhood

Recalling his childhood, he said that now very good and pucca houses have been built in the village, the market has become good. Seeing the love of the people of the village, the Chief Minister said that I have seen this for the first time. Recalling his childhood friends, the President said that he started his studies with Jaswant, Vijaypal, Hariram, Chandrabhan. He has a special place in my life. He told that Bajrang Singh filled political consciousness in him. He is credited with bringing Ram Manohar Lohia to the village.
