Budget session begins in Haryana / Governor Bandaru Dattatreya read the first address, mentioned about Ram temple and martyr memorial

The budget session of Haryana has started with the address of Governor Bandaru Dattatreya on Wednesday. This is the third budget session of the government. Governor Bandaru Dattatreya read his address in the Haryana Legislative Assembly for the first time. He first paid tribute to the martyrs and also mentioned the freedom fighters.

The Governor welcomed everyone to the third budget session of the 14th Vidhan Sabha. He said that this is my first address in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha. He said that we are celebrating the 75th year of independence as the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. My Government is constructing 'Martyr Memorial of the First Freedom Fighter' at Ambala in memory of the immortal martyrs of the first freedom struggle. The Central Government has decided to celebrate the 400th Prakash Parv of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji and the birth of Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Ji and Fateh Singh Ji of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji on 26th December as 'Veer Bal Diwas'.

Ram Mandir also mentioned

The Governor also mentioned about the Ram temple in his address. He said that the faith of crores of people has been strengthened by the construction of the grand Shri Ram temple. With the help of corona warriors and health system, they have also been successful in controlling disease like corona. Adopting the spirit of service from good governance, my government has worked on the Antyodaya philosophy of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay on the motto of Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas-Sabka Prayas and Haryana Ek and Haryanavi Ek.

The government did proper development of every class by rising above regionalism and nepotism. Haryana is among the leading states of the country in NITI Aayog's SDG India Index 2020-2021. Haryana's scheme to make Lal Dora free has been implemented by the central government as a proprietary scheme. He further said that the Center team is also studying the 'Mera Pani-Meri Virasat' scheme.

To ensure 'Governance less - Good governance more', new initiatives of e-governance have been adopted in every sector, including agriculture, industry, health, education. This campaign of e-governance has now reached Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP). It is only through PPP that people will get the benefits of government services and schemes sitting at home. Pension, subsidy, financial assistance will be available to the beneficiaries soon. Auto Appeal software has been implemented to fix the accountability of the administration and the work of connecting 570 services is in progress. Online Transfer Policy has been implemented in 214 cadres of 43 departments.
