According to news agency ANI, Baramulla Police and Army have busted the narco-terror module. During this, two associates of terrorists have been arrested and heroin worth Rs 1.5 crore has been recovered from them besides arms and ammunition. Jammu and Kashmir Police has given this information. Police said that a case has been registered at Baramulla police station under relevant sections of UAP Act, NDPS Act and Arms Act.

Regarding the Ganderbal case, the police said, "During the Rabitar joint naka of Ganderbal Police with 24 Rashtriya Rifles of Army and Central Reserve Police Force, a white Scorpio coming from Dab Wakura was seen running away with a U-turn." The security forces nabbed the driver and searched the vehicle, in which a huge cache of arms and ammunition was recovered.

In preliminary investigation, the driver has been identified as Latif Kambe of Wakura. Police said, 'He has disclosed links to banned terrorist organization Let/TRF'. A case has been registered under relevant sections of IPC and UAPA at Ganderbal police station. Police has started investigation in the matter.
