No matter how non-serious social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram are, but a small mistake here can feed you the air of jail. The same has happened to a woman named Yasmin Walker in North Yorkshire, UK, who shared a highly objectionable post on Instagram in revenge.

Yasmin had shared objectionable and personal photos of the man with whom she had made physical connections. During a hearing at York Crown Court, Yasmin said that she uploaded the photo when the man who had a physical relationship with her said that he only wanted to be friends.

30-year-old Yasmin posted a nude photo of the man on her social account, where she had about 1,3000 followers. A funny caption and three laughing emojis were also shared by the woman with the picture.

The identity of the man has not been revealed for legal reasons. The victim told that he was in a cinema hall when a screenshot of this post was sent to him. After seeing his nude photos in the post, the person requested to delete him and also threatened to file a complaint with the police. Counsel for the aggrieved side said that the picture remained online for about 11 minutes on social media.

At the same time, in his defense, Yasmin said that she had accidentally posted this picture on social media. Yasmin told that during one of the quarrels in her old relationship, she lost her eye light, for which the culprit was also sentenced.

However, the judge rejected Yasmin's claim that she had mistakenly asked to post the photo due to poor eye light. The court sentenced Yasmin to three months. The judge has sentenced it to be a crime under the purview of 'revenge pornography'.

The court told Yasmin, 'You have committed the crime of posting a nude photo of a human being with funny captions in front of countless people on social media. You also sent a screenshot of the post to the victim. After seeing the screenshot, the victim also requested you to remove it. '

The court said, "There is a need to curb this kind of crime, because such cybercrime spreads through the Internet, which has a very bad effect on the victim." People should understand the seriousness of this type of crime. '

Yasmin will now serve half of his sentence in prison before being released on license. In the past, four cases have been filed in the name of Yasmin for threatening and drink and drive.
