The woman has formally approached the authorities, claiming that she fears for her life and believes that Khan Sir might orchestrate her murder. The victimized woman has submitted a written application at the Pirbahore police station to register her complaint against Khan Sir. In her detailed statement to the police, she revealed that she was a former student who used to take tuition from Khan Sir. The woman has sought immediate police protection, stating that she's under constant threat and fear for her safety.

According to her allegations, Khan Sir has been involved in an illicit relationship with one of her friends. She claims to have been aware of this matter since 2017. The woman further alleged that Khan Sir used to visit her friend's room frequently and would stay there for several hours, while she stated that when she decided to oppose these actions and spoke up about the matter, Khan Sir allegedly threatened her with dire consequences. She claimed that he tried to implicate her in false police cases and issued death threats to keep her silent about the secret.

The complainant mentioned that while the primary events took place between the years 2017 and 2018, her fear has intensified recently. She pointed towards the recent dispute between Khan Sir and Roshan Anand. Following the incident involving the death of Roshan Anand's brother, the woman stated that she has been living in extreme fear. She believes that because she possesses sensitive information regarding Khan Sir's alleged illicit relationship, he might take extreme steps to silence her permanently. This fear prompted her to finally file an FIR at the Pirbahore police station.
