Jammu-Kashmir / Major accident in Pahalgam 6 ITBP personnel martyred after bus fell into ditch

ITBP Personnel Bus Rolled Down: A horrific accident occurred in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir and fell into a gorge from a bus carrying ITBP jawans. 6 soldiers have been martyred in the accident, while 32 are said to be injured. After the bus fell into the ditch, the rescue operation has been started in the area and army personnel are engaged in the rescue work of the injured.

Jawans were returning after completing Amarnath Yatra duty

According to officials, the bus was coming back from Chandanwadi carrying ITBP personnel who had completed Amarnath Yatra duty. The accident took place in the Frislan area, which falls between Chandanwadi and Pahalgam. The bus fell into a deep gorge about 500 feet below.
