Vaishno Devi accident | The Jammu and Kashmir government has constituted a high-level commission to investigate the Vaishno Devi accident. The commission of inquiry will be headed by the Chief Home Secretary of the Union Territory. Apart from this, Jammu ADGP and Divisional Commissioner have been included as members in it. Expressing deep grief over the accident, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said that my condolences to the families of the deceased and pray that the injured will recover soon. The Lieutenant Governor said that he has given complete information about the incident by talking to PM Narendra Modi. He said that PM Narendra Modi has given assurance to provide all possible help in this matter.

PM Modi took information, Shrine Board will bear the cost of treatment of the injured

Manoj Sinha said that a compensation of Rs 10 lakh would be given to the families of those who lost their lives in the accident. Apart from this, 2 lakh rupees will be given to the injured. Vaishno Devi Shrine Board will bear the entire cost of the treatment of the injured. LG Sinha said that complete information about the incident has also been given to Home Minister Amit Shah and a high level inquiry commission has been constituted. A helpline has also been issued by the Jammu and Kashmir administration and the Shrine Board for the families of the victims of the accident.
