Madhya Pradesh News: BJP leader Mohan Yadav took oath as the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh on Friday. Immediately after taking oath, Mohan came into action and issued the first order of his government. He has banned illegal loudspeakers installed at religious places and other places. Also, those loudspeakers which are legal have also been allowed to operate within the prescribed decibel limit and at the prescribed time only. It is believed that loudspeakers installed at many religious places may come under the ambit of this order of CM Yadav.

Only such loudspeakers will not be banned

Let us tell you that after the order of Mohan Yadav government, the ban will be applicable only on the use of unregulated and uncontrolled loudspeakers. There is no restriction on the use of regular and controlled (permissible decibel) loudspeakers. In this way, no action will be taken against the loudspeakers which are being operated following the law. Earlier, Ujjain South MLA Mohan Yadav took oath as Chief Minister in Bhopal today. 58 year old Mohan Yadav was administered the oath of office by Governor Mangubhai Patel at Lal Parade Ground. The Governor administered the oath of office to Jagdish Deora (MLA from Malhargarh, Mandsaur) and Rajendra Shukla (MLA from Rewa) as Deputy Chief Ministers.

PM Modi came to the swearing in ceremony

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda and Shivraj Singh Chauhan were present in the swearing-in program. On this occasion, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Union Ministers Jyotiraditya Scindia and Nitin Gadkari were also present. Before going to the oath ceremony, Yadav offered prayers at a temple in Bhopal. He also visited the state BJP office to pay tribute to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, one of the founding members of the Jan Sangh, and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, the founding ideologue of the BJP.

Yadav is the 19th Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh

Mohan, a 3-time BJP MLA, is the 19th Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. All the BJP chief ministers in Madhya Pradesh since 2003, including Uma Bharti, Babulal Gaur and Chouhan, have been from Other Backward Classes, and Mohan also comes from the OBC category. Mohan's appointment as Chief Minister also ends the era of four-time Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who dominated state politics for nearly two decades. Let us tell you that Mohan Yadav was not even among the contenders for the post of Chief Minister, hence the BJP leadership surprised the political pundits by giving him the command of the state.
