Along with the victim, her alleged lover was also brought to the police station. On Monday morning, the police reached the in-laws of the victim and investigated the case. According to the victim, on Sunday morning, her husband and sister were taken forcibly from their rented house to the village where they were beaten up along with several other women of the village by sitting in the in-law's courtyard.
