The case of demolition of 300-year-old Shiva temple in Rajgarh, Alwar is gaining momentum. BJP is attacker on Congress government. MP Dr. Kirori Lal Meena has sat on dharna. He said that talks were held with the administration regarding the incident of demolition of Shiva temple, but the administrative officers are working under the pressure of 'Gehlot Khan'. Work is being done to benefit a particular community.

MP Meena said that I will sit on a dharna till the temple of Baba Bholenath is rebuilt. If I had to sit on dharna for hundreds of days with the devotees of Baba Bhole, I would not back down. He has put three demands before the government.

Three demands from the MP's government...

  1. All three temples should be rebuilt.
  2. Compensation should be given to the owners of demolished houses which have legal documents.
  3. Action should be taken against the officials involved in the matter and judicial inquiry should be conducted in the matter.
MP Swami said - CM Gehlot should apologize

Sikar MP Swami Sumedhanand Saraswati has reached Rajgarh along with other BJP leaders. He said that CM Ashok Gehlot and the district administration should apologize for the action. Also the temples should be rebuilt. He said that all the BJP MLAs would also submit a memorandum to Governor Kalraj Mishra for action against the officials concerned.

Traders announced shutdown

Here, the opposition to the action has started in Rajgarh as well. The city's trade board today announced the closure of the market on Saturday. Due to this most of the shops in the city are closed.
