Radhakishorpur (Tripura). Prime Minister Narendra Modi lashed out at the opposition Congress and Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPM) alliance while appealing to vote loudly for the BJP in the Tripura Assembly Election 2023 to be held on February 16. Addressing an election rally in Tripura's Radhakishorpur here, PM Modi said, 'You have to ensure that every single vote in Tripura should go to the BJP. Your vote is very valuable, and the right choice, 'Kamal', will take Tripura to an earlier level of development and prosperity.

Addressing the gathering at Radhakishorpur's election rally, PM Modi said, 'You have come from so far away to bless the NDA and the BJP. This ground full of zeal and enthusiasm is telling what the results of the election are going to be. Your coming here in record numbers is announcing the return of the BJP government. Seeing your numbers, our opponents will lose their sleep. Today the whole of Tripura is saying – only one slogan, only one slogan… once again – BJP government.

'Promised HIRA, gave diamond'

PM Modi said here, 'The way you are getting support, 5 years ago when I came among you to seek blessings, all the friends were new, had less experience, you had faith in our honesty, you gave us an opportunity to serve, that Time had promised diamond.. means development related to highways, internet, railways, BJP government worked day and night in the last 5 years to put this promise on the ground. Referring to the development works done in the state, the Prime Minister said, "A lot of work has been done on the highway and railway network in Tripura. Roads could not reach thousands of villages in the Congress and Left rule, whereas in the last 5 years, roads reached 5 thousand villages. Mobile and internet connectivity became very strong here. The work of adding 4G connectivity to far-flung gram panchayats is going on.

PM Modi said, 'This is my promise to the people of Tripura, after the BJP government is formed again, the development of Tripura will accelerate further. Remember my point, on February 16, every vote in Tripura should go to BJP, it should go to the lotus mark… 1-1 vote given to BJP is very precious, the power of your vote will take Tripura to a new height of development Will take you, will secure your future.

PM Modi attacked Congress-Left a lot

Along with this, Prime Minister Modi attacked the Congress-Left and said, 'The power of your vote will save Tripura from the destructive forces, the condition created by those who ruled for years. The poor, youth, parents and sisters here all were made difficult to live their lives under the rule of the Left and the Congress. The children were forced to leave the state. Even getting electricity and water was like chewing iron gram for them.

PM Modi said, 'Those who ruled Tripura in Delhi earlier, never cared for these facilities… looted Tripura in turn, kept the people in poverty.
