LPG Price Hike / November started with the hit of inflation, so much money increased on gas cylinder

LPG Price Hike: The first of the month has brought increased prices on gas cylinders. As the month of November begins, oil companies have made commercial LPG cylinders expensive. Oil marketing companies have increased the price of 19 kg gas cylinder by Rs 101.50. These new rates of commercial gas cylinders have come into effect from today i.e. November 1, 2023. After the implementation of the new rate, a commercial cylinder of LPG will now be available for Rs 1833 in the capital Delhi.

No increase in domestic LPG cylinder prices

Let us tell you that the new prices of LPG cylinders will be applicable only on 19 kg commercial cylinders. Whereas there will be no change in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders. The price of domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi is Rs 903, in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal, the price of 14 kg cylinder is Rs 929. Whereas in Mumbai, Maharashtra the price of domestic LPG cylinder is Rs 902.5. Even in Chennai, domestic gas cylinder is being sold for Rs 918.5.

Prices had increased on the first of October also

It is noteworthy that oil companies had also increased the prices of commercial LPG gas cylinders on the first of last month. The price of 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinder was increased by Rs 209 from October 1. After the implementation of new rates in October, the retail selling price of commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi had become Rs 1731.50, which has now become Rs 1833 after the increased rate in November. However, in October also, only the prices of commercial LPG gas cylinders were increased and there was no increase in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders.

Prices were reduced in the month of September

Commercial LPG cylinder, which was becoming expensive for two consecutive months, also became cheaper in September. Oil marketing companies had cut the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder by Rs 157 in September, after which this cylinder started being available for Rs 1522.50 in Delhi and Rs 1636 in Kolkata. In August also, the prices of commercial LPG gas cylinders were reduced by Rs 100.
