The BPCL SBI Card RuPay Credit Card has been designed to ensure that consumers not only save more on their fuel expenses but also benefit from other shopping categories.Oil marketing company Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and SBI Card have introduced a co-branded RuPay contactless credit card that offers fuel and other benefits. According to a joint statement, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and SBI Card have joined hands to issue 'BPCL-SBI Card co-branded RuPay contactless credit card'.
With RuPay credit card, customers will get savings on fuel payment along with other benefits. This co-branded card will offer 13 times reward points for every Rs 100 spent for petrol at BPCL petrol pumps and also offer one percent fuel surcharge waiver on every transaction up to Rs 4000. In this way, customers will get a total value back of 4.25 percent.
BPCL-SBI Card co-branded RuPay cardholders will also get the benefit of instant savings on other categories of expenses such as grocery, departmental stores, dining and movies. Cardholders will get 5x reward points for every Rs 100 spent on grocery, departmental stores, movies, dining and more. Apart from this, the consumers will also be given 2000 Activation Bonus Reward Points worth Rs.500 on payment of joining fee.
PS Ravi, Executive Director (Retail), BPCL said that BPCL SBI Card RuPay Credit Card offers 4.25 percent value back on purchase of petrol at more than 19000 petrol pumps across India. He further added that this offer is in line with BPCL's endeavor to continuously provide better value to its customers for their fuel consumption.
