Nuh Violence: AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi is angry over the bulldozer action of the Khattar government on the accused of violence in Nuh, Haryana. Owaisi has raised questions on the action by tweeting. Owaisi said that the poor are being rendered homeless in Haryana. Only poor Muslims are being targeted. During this, Owaisi also mentioned the legal process. Owaisi said that action is being taken only on the basis of allegations. Unilateral action is being taken. The real criminals are roaming freely.

Owaisi's question on action

Owaisi tweeted, 'The Supreme Court had said that before taking any bulldozer action, the government will have to follow the due process of law. No action can be taken without giving the building owner a chance to present his point of view. Hundreds of poor families were made homeless on the basis of just allegations. Even though the Sanghis take pride in their vandalism, it is neither legally correct nor justified by the demands of humanity. In Haryana, only poor Muslims have been targeted and one-sided action is being taken. The real criminals are roaming freely with guns. The Khattar government bowed down before him. Is it a big deal to consider yourself strong by demolishing mud houses and slums?'

This is the argument of the administration

Raising the question, Asaduddin Owaisi has said that the administration is only demolishing the houses of Muslims while no action is being taken against the other accused. Here the administration of Haryana claims that the houses and shops which were demolished. It is not that all those houses and shops are in the name of the accused.

Nuh violence was well planned

Quoting sources, it is reported that a plan for Nuh violence was prepared to avenge the murder of Nasir and Junaid. This question is arising because 8 accused of violence have been arrested from those areas of Rajasthan where Nasir and Junaid had connections and all these areas come within a radius of just 50 km from Nuh.

Rajasthan connection surfaced

Let us tell you that 15 February 2023 was the date when Nasir and Junaid, residents of Bharatpur, Rajasthan, went missing and on 16 February, the charred skeletons of both of their bodies were found in Bhiwani, Haryana. The date comes exactly 6 months after the murder of these two, 31st July, when riots take place in many districts including Nuh Mewat of Haryana. After all, what is the connection between these two dates. Questions are being raised on this.

The Nuh violence is being linked to the revenge of the killing of Nasir-Junaid in the forests of Bhiwani. It is being told that earlier panchayats were held in many villages of Mewat adjoining Rajasthan. From here a huge crowd had reached Nuh. Only after this the riots break out and the rioters create such an orgy that till now the situation there has not become normal.

According to the revelations on Nuh riots, it seems that the spark of violence in Nuh originated from Rajasthan because 8 accused of violence have been arrested from different districts of Rajasthan. According to sources, these accused had reached there from villages in Bharatpur and Mewat area of Alwar district and many people are still in custody who are being interrogated.
