Nuh Violence: Haryana CM Manohar Lal said that on August 28, permission has not been given to take out the Brajmandal Yatra again in Nuh. There has been a violent incident in Nuh a month ago, there is a need to be careful about it. Everyone has the right to worship in temples. They should get relaxation according to their faith. Khattar also said that we have also appealed to the people to avoid traveling towards Nuh and offer prayers in their nearest temples by performing Jalabhishek. It is the responsibility of the government to provide security. It is the effort of the government to maintain law and order. Prior to this, the Nuh administration has also refused permission to travel. In view of the tension, Section 144 was imposed in Nuh on Sunday, a day before the yatra. School-college and mobile internet services are closed till 28 August. Police is monitoring with drone.

VHP retaliates on CM's statement

On the question of completing the Brajmandal Yatra which remained incomplete on July 31 in Nuh, Vinod Bansal, national spokesperson of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) said – will start the yatra on August 28 at 11 am. The question of taking permission to travel does not arise. 28 is the last Monday of Sawan and every devotee has the right to perform Jalabhishek of his favorite.

He said that this is a pious country, permission is not taken for any visit here. Bansal asked whether permission is ever taken for Kumbh?

CM's meeting with DGP and CID chief

After the announcement of Brajmandal Yatra again in Nuh, CM Manohar Lal held a meeting with State DGP Shatrujit Kapoor and CID Chief ADGP Alok Mittal for 2 hours at his residence in Chandigarh on Sunday morning. The current situation in Nuh and the intelligence input in case the yatra is taken out were discussed between the three.

During the July 31 violence, questions were raised about the coordination between the police and the CID. A CID inspector had claimed that he had sent inputs of apprehension of violence. However, police officials said that they did not get any input. After this, Home Minister Anil Vij also ordered the Home Secretary to investigate the matter.

DGP Shatrujeet Kapoor has held a meeting with 5 states and appealed to keep extra vigil on the borders. Along with this, Haryana Police has been instructed to do daily monitoring on social media.

After the warning of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad to take out the yatra despite not being allowed, once again tension has started appearing in Nuh's atmosphere. The administration has also stopped the internet and messaging service as a precautionary measure, while the police are also stationed at every nook and corner, so that any untoward incident can be prevented in advance. • Haryana Police is in touch with police officers of five states adjoining the state, so that outsiders from these states cannot enter Nuh
• 57 special duty magistrates have been appointed to maintain law and order
• Haryana Police as well as paramilitary forces personnel are deployed on the borders of the district.
• There are orders to keep schools, colleges and banks closed tomorrow i.e. on the day of travel in Nuh district.
• Apart from 1900 jawans and senior officers of Haryana Police, 26 companies of paramilitary forces are deployed to maintain law and order in the district.
• Faridabad Police has also prepared a riot prevention team of about 500 police personnel.
• Apart from Gurugram, Sohna, Palwal, Manesar, Faridabad, senior officers in all other districts of Haryana have been instructed to be on alert with additional forces.
• Haryana Police Intelligence has been ordered to keep an eye on the leaders of Hindu organizations leaving for Nuh from any part of the state.
• In Nuh, on August 28, the proceedings of the second day of the monsoon session of the Haryana Vidhansabha, Chandigarh, will start from 11 am amid the call to take out the Braj Mandal Yatra once again.
• Apart from the Nuh violence case, there may also be an uproar in the House on the issue of notice given by the Haryana Police to the Congress MLA of Ferozepur Jhirka, Maman Khan, to join the investigation in the Nuh violence case.

Home Minister said – our arrangements are complete

On the other hand, Haryana's Home and Health Minister Anil Vij said on the announcement of taking out the yatra that at present there is nothing like this. If the yatra takes place, then our arrangements are complete. By the way, police is stationed there all the time.

Deployment of 57 Special Duty Magistrates

All the borders of Nuh have been sealed. 57 Special Duty Magistrates have been appointed to maintain law and order. Police officers are holding frequent meetings, in which besides the Divisional Commissioner of Faridabad, ADGP Mamta Singh, Nodal Officer Ajit Balaji Joshi, DC Dhirendra Khadgata, SP Narendra Bijarnia, who has been camping in Nuh since July 31, many officers are participating.

Schools, colleges and banks will remain closed tomorrow

Apart from police, RAF and paramilitary personnel are being deployed on the borders of the district. In the evening, preparations are on to take out a flag march in the entire district. School-colleges and other educational institutions will remain closed on 28 August.

Along with this, it has been decided to keep the banks closed as well. DC Dhirendra Khargata told that this decision has been taken due to the vigilance during the possible Jalabhishek Yatra being taken out on 28th.

3 Encounters in violence so far

So far the police have done 3 encounters in the Nuh violence case. In this, three criminals related to violence have been shot. He is undergoing treatment in the hospital. On August 24, the Nuh police had an encounter with another accused related to the Nuh violence.

Osama alias Pehalwan, the accused in the Nuh violence case, has been arrested after a police encounter late at 11 pm. Earlier, the police had arrested accused Amir resident Dhidara Tawdu at 10:30 pm on August 21 and accused Munfed resident Gawarka at 5 am on August 10 after a police encounter.
