The biggest relief is that now only 1.11 lakh (1,11,472) active cases are left in the country. The drastic reduction in active cases means that corona infected patients are recovering rapidly. At the same time, the total number of patients who have recovered since the beginning of the epidemic has gone up to 4.22 crore (4,22,90,921).  440 new cases of corona in the last 24 hours in Delhi

In the last 24 hours, 440 new cases of corona infection were reported in Delhi and two patients died due to the epidemic. The infection rate has been recorded at 0.83 percent. This information was given in a bulletin issued by the Health Department. So far 18,59,054 cases of infection have been reported in the national capital Delhi and the death toll has reached 26,119.

Corona is breaking in Uttar Pradesh

According to the State Health Ministry, 315 new cases of corona have been reported in the state in the last 24 hours and 477 persons were discharged from the hospital. At present, the number of active cases of corona in the state is 4,232.

Corona on the verge of ending in Maharashtra too

In Maharashtra, 893 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours while eight people have died. According to the Health Department, with 1761 patients becoming infection free in the last 24 hours, the number of patients recovering has increased to 77,09,015.

Corona vaccination figure crosses 177 crores

According to the data available on the Kovin portal, till 6 pm on Saturday, a total of more than 177 (1,77,44,08,129) crore doses of vaccine have been given across the country.

So far, a total of more than 76 crore sample tests have been done.

Giving information, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said that 10,22,204 sample tests were done for corona virus in India yesterday. At the same time, a total of 76,67,57,518 sample tests have been done in the country since the beginning of the epidemic.
