The organic manure that will be made in this plant will also give new life to our mother earth. Our earth will be rejuvenated. It is estimated that the CNG produced in this plant will be able to run about 400 buses in Indore city every day. Hundreds of youth are also going to get employment from this plant in one way or the other. It will also help in increasing green jobs.

People come to see the cleanliness of Indore

PM Modi said that the disposal capacity of urban waste has increased up to four times as compared to 2014. To get rid of single-use plastic, material recovery facilities are also being prepared in more than 1600 bodies. New possibilities arise from a clean city. When the cities are clean, people from other places will feel like coming. Many people come to Indore only to see what work has been done in cleanliness here. Where there is cleanliness, there is tourism. A whole new economy starts. Recently Indore has achieved the achievement of being water plus. It will serve as a direction to other cities. Where water sources are clean. If the dirty water of the drain does not fall in them, then a different living energy comes to that city. It is the endeavor of the government that more and more cities of India become water plus. For this, emphasis is being laid on the second phase of the Swachh Bharat Mission. Sewage water treatment facilities are being increased in the municipal bodies having population of less than one lakh.

Thanks to the cleaners

On this occasion, PM Modi thanked the sanitation workers across the country including Indore. The conscious sisters of Indore have taken the management of garbage to a different level. Separate the litter into six parts. This allows for proper processing and recycling of waste. Along with cleanliness, empowering the rites of recycling is a great service to the country. This is the philosophy of LIFE i.e. Lifestyle for Environment. Life is a way of living. Along with Indore, I want to express my gratitude to lakhs of sweepers across the country. Be it winter or summer, we go out early in the morning to make our city clean. The spirit of service shown even in the difficult times of Corona has helped in saving the lives of so many people. The whole country is deeply indebted to the sweeper brothers and sisters.

Kumbh of Prayagraj got a new identity

PM Modi also mentioned about the Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj. He said that a new identity has been created in the world of Prayagraj Kumbh. Earlier, Kumbh was identified for the sages and sages. For the first time in Uttar Pradesh, under the leadership of Yogi ji, the Kumbh of Prayagraj was identified as Swachh Kumbh. Newspapers all over the world wrote something on this. When I went for the holy bath, after the bath, there was so much gratitude for these scavengers that the feet of these scavengers were washed. He was respected. I bow respectfully to every cleaning worker brother and sister from Delhi to Indore. I bow to him.

Children's contribution also remembered

Modi said that along with the sanitation workers, Balsena has also helped in making the cities clean. Today, three-three-four-year-old children tell their grandfather not to throw garbage here. The work done by Balasena will also serve to strengthen the foundation of our future India.

'Not only is the hobby of serving, it is also known to serve'

Modi said that Indore changed with time. changed for the greater good. But, Indore never let the inspiration of Goddess Ahilya ji be lost. As soon as the name of Indore comes along with Goddess Ahilya ji, cleanliness comes to mind today. Civil duty comes to mind as soon as the name of Indore comes up. The better the people of Indore are, the better they have made their city. The people of Indore are not just fond of Sev. The people here also know how to serve their city. Today is a day for cleanliness. It is going to give a new strength to Indore's campaign. Many congratulations to all of you for the Gobar Dhan plant that Indore has got today to make BioCNG from wet waste.

Madhya Pradesh government will buy cow dung

During the program, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that our state is trying to fully implement the Prime Minister's mantra of waste-to-wealth. An example of this is the Gobar-Dhan Bio CNG plant in Indore. Indore is a wonderful city. It is the only city which has 100% segregation of 6 types of waste. Zero waste colony, zero waste market, zero waste ward are being built in Indore. Single use plastic is completely banned. In this Bio CNG plant, 550 metric tonnes of wet waste will be disposed of per day. Along with this, cow dung will also be used. We will also buy cow dung from nearby areas. This Gobar-Dhan plant will do the work of making both cow dung and garbage into wealth.
