Rajasthan Election 2023 / Rajasthan BJP declared candidates for 41 assembly seats

Rajasthan Election 2023 : BJP released the first list for Rajasthan Assembly elections on Monday afternoon. Shortly after the implementation of the code of conduct, BJP announced candidates for 41 assembly seats. Along with 7 MPs, a retired IAS has also been fielded.


Rajya Sabha MP Kirodilal Meena from Sawai Madhopur, MP (Alwar) Balaknath from Tijara (Alwar), MP (Ajmer) Bhagirath Chaudhary from Kishangarh (Ajmer), MP (Jhunjhunu) Narendra Kumar from Mandawa ((Jhunjhunu)), MP (Rajsamand) ) Diya Kumari has been fielded from Vidyadhar Nagar (Jaipur), MP (Jaipur Rural) Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore from Jhotwara (Jaipur), MP (Jalor-Sirohi) Devji Patel has been fielded from Sanchaur. Retired IAS Chandramohan Meena has been given ticket from Bassi (Jaipur).



Rajvi and Rajpal's tickets canceled

The names of Rajpal Singh Shekhawat and Narpat Singh Rajvi are not in the first list. MP Diya Kumari has been given the ticket in place of Vidyadhar Nagar (Jaipur) MLA Narpat Singh Rajvi and Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has been given the ticket in place of former minister Rajpal Singh Shekhawat from Jhotwara (Jaipur).


Dr. Ratanlal Jat's ticket canceled from Sahada of Bhilwara

The ticket of Ratanlal Jat, who contested from Sahada (Bhilwara) in the 2022 assembly by-election, has been canceled. This time BJP has given ticket to Ladulal Pitalia. In the by-election, Pitaliya had rebelled and filed his nomination but after persuasion, he withdrew from the field. Now Pitaliya has been given the ticket.


Subhash Mahariya candidate in front of Dotasara

BJP has made former Sikar MP Subhash Mahariya its candidate against Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasara. Mahariya had moved from BJP to Congress. Recently returned back to BJP.


Shubhakaran is again a candidate from Udaipurwati against Gudha, BJP did not leave the seat.

From Udaipurwati, BJP has made Shubhakaran Chaudhary its candidate against Rajendra Singh Gudha. Shubhakaran has been MLA in 2013. After the Lal Diary episode and Gudha joining Shiv Sena (Shinde faction), there were speculations in political circles that BJP may leave this seat in the alliance. But this did not happen.


Colonel Bainsla's son Vijay Bainsla also gets a chance

BJP has given ticket to Vijay Bainsla, son of Colonel Kirori Singh Bainsla, who was the coordinator of the Gurjar movement, from Deoli-Uniara (Tonk). Colonel Bainsla had also contested the MP election from Sawaimadhopur on BJP ticket. However, he was defeated by Namonorayan Meena of Congress.
