Rakesh Tikait attack on BJP: After the victory of BJP candidate Aman Giri in Gola Gokarnath seat of UP, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has attacked BJP. Without taking the name of BJP, Tikait said that right from the Election Commission to the courtroom, they belong to him (BJP). People are not voting for BJP, but still they are winning.

When Rakesh Tikait, who reached Prayagraj, was asked whether the BJP has won the by-election, he said, "When there is dishonesty, there is no effect. They (BJP) have the election commission, the court-courts and the officers all belong to them. Everything will be dishonest. Entire UP government is made with dishonesty. People are not voting, but they are getting victory through dishonesty. BJP is going to win in 2024 also. He further said that all work will be done with dishonesty. The next target is the press. Save as many days as you want to save, the next target is on the press.

It is known that after the Thar incident in Lakhimpur Kheri last year, Rakesh Tikait had visited there several times. Apart from this, he had also demanded the resignation of Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni. At the same time, Tikait had made a lot of headlines in the long-running farmers' movement. Finally, at the end of last year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi repealed all three agricultural laws.

BJP candidate wins in Gola Gokarnath

Gokarnath assembly seat, which fell vacant after the death of BJP MLA Arvind Giri, has been defeated by Bharatiya Janata Party's candidate Aman Giri. Aman Giri of BJP has defeated Vinay Tiwari of SP by 34298 votes. After the victory, there is an atmosphere of celebration in the BJP camp. After the polling for the Gola by-election on November 3, all eyes were on the results. In this election, there was a direct contest between the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Samajwadi Party. Congress and BSP were out of the fray. Due to this, not only did the match become tough, but the reputation of both of them was also at stake.
