Republic Day Traffic Advisory: Preparations have started for 26 January in the country's capital Delhi. Full dress rehearsal is going to be held for the Republic Day parade from January 18. All the marching contingents participating in this exercise will parade from Vijay Chowk to India Gate. This rehearsal will be held on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10.15 am to 12.30 pm. In this, traffic has been diverted in Vijay Chowk, India Gate, Kartavya Path and its surrounding routes. Traffic police has told that people going from South to North or East to West Delhi should take Aurobindo Marg, Lodhi Road, Ring Road, Barapullah Elevated Road, Mother Teresa Crescent, Noida Link Road, Vande Mataram Marg, Rani Jhansi Road, Safdarjung. Road, ITO, DDU Marg, Mathura Road, Connaught Place, Vikas Marg, Bhairon Road, Mandir Marg, Lala Lajpat Rai Marg, Baba Kharak Singh Marg, Sardar Patel Marg, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, DND and Akshardham have been advised to go through .

These buildings will remain sealed on January 29

Like every year, the Beating Retreat Ceremony will be held on January 29. In this ceremony, 32 buildings will be sealed from 12 noon to 7.30 pm. These include NDMC Tower, National Stadium, Red Cross Building, Raksha Bhavan, National Archives and Coast Guard Headquarters.

These buildings will remain sealed on January 28

There will be a full dress rehearsal of the Beating Retreat on January 28. In this too many buildings will be sealed. Which includes Vayu Bhawan, DRDO Bhawan, Sena Bhawan, Rail Bhawan, South Block and North Block. In this, these 8 buildings will be kept closed from 4 pm to 7.30 pm.
