The first weekend curfew of Corona's third wave in Rajasthan came into effect from Sunday. Everything is closed except emergency services in curfew. There was less vehicular movement on the roads. Police vehicles are roaming around the city and following the curfew. Here, Revenue Minister Ramlal Jat has been found corona positive in the state government.

Actually, Kovid infection is spreading rapidly in the state. Showing strictness, the state government has implemented the guideline of curfew in the state from 11 pm on Saturday to 5 am on Monday. Everything remained closed on Sunday except emergency services, petrol pumps and exempted categories. Markets, shops, shopping malls, gyms, clubs remained closed. Only shops selling common daily needs are open. Such as- medical and chemist stores, dairy booths, milk shops, fruit-vegetable shops, grocery shops. Such shops will also remain open till 8 pm.

They are exempted from curfew

Apart from these, there are continuous production factory units, IT, telecom services, wedding ceremonies, emergency services offices, all vehicles carrying goods along with railway stations, bus stands and passengers going to and from the airport. Movement is allowed for getting vaccinations. Offices related to Medical and Health Services are not coming under the purview of curfew. All the Sanctuaries and Tiger Reserves of the state are also closed. Street vendors, vendors have not been given exemption.

Appeal to people to cooperate

In the weekend curfew, in addition to emergency and important work, if you come out of the house, then the police can take action under the Epidemic Act. Police will take strict action against those who roam outside unnecessarily. The police-administration has appealed to the people to cooperate by staying in their homes.

Positive case recoveries two and a half times more than patients

On Saturday, 8 people died of corona in Rajasthan. 9676 new infected have been found. Active cases have increased to 58428. The maximum number of 1973 infected have been found in Jaipur. 2 in Jhalawar, 1-1 Kovid infected have died in Barmer, Bikaner, Jaipur, Sikar, Sirohi, Udaipur. The infection has increased in many cities of the state. 1059 new infected have been found in Alwar, 861 in Jodhpur, 766 in Udaipur. 35 Kovid infected have died in the state from January 4 to 15. However, on Saturday, 4013 have also recovered from corona-infected disease. Still, the positive cases are about two and a half times more than those recovering.

Not a single case found in Jalore

407 in Ajmer, 1059 in Alwar, 88 in Banswara, 49 in Baran, 268 in Barmer, 506 in Bharatpur, 240 in Bhilwara, 428 in Bikaner, 20 in Bundi, 276 in Chittorgarh, 74 in Churu, 81 in Dausa, Dholpur 113, Dungarpur 194, Ganganagar 105, Hanumangarh 268, Jaipur 1973, Jaisalmer 130, Jhalwar 110, Jhunjhunu 153, Jodhpur 861, Karauli 20 infected patients have been found. 394 cases have been found in Kota, 90 in Nagaur, 282 in Pali, 35 in Pratapgarh, 92 in Rajsamand, 206 in Sawai Madhopur, 198 in Sikar, 111 in Sirohi, 79 in Tonk, 766 in Udaipur. Not a single case was found in Jalore.

In Jaipur, 81 in Malviya Nagar, 78 in Mansarovar, 77 in Pratapnagar, 70 in Jawahar Nagar, 63 in Jhotwara, 62 in Sanganer, 62 in Kotputli, 61 in Sodala, 59 in Vaishali Nagar, 57 in Vidyadhar Nagar, JLN Marg But 54, Lalkothi 50, Indira Gandhi Nagar 45, Jagatpura 68, Tonk Road 48 Positive cases have been found.
