Big decision of Gehlot government / Rs 98.55 crore has been approved for the development of minorities

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved a revised proposal to spend Rs 98 crore 55 lakh in various schemes from the development fund of Rs 100 crore set up for the inclusive development of the minority community. According to the proposal, 50 lakhs for the development of traditional skills of the people of the minority community with a fund of 100 crores, 20 million for training of international languages ​​to provide employment to the minority people, graveyards, madrassas and schools built on waqf land or public land. Five crore rupees will be spent for the construction of boundary wall. Apart from this, one crore 25 lakh will be spent for marketing promotion and assistance to minority craftsmen, Rs 21 crore 80 lakh will be spent for the construction of English medium residential school in Jaipur.

Expenditure for development of e-study rooms in minority hostels

Rs.58 will be allocated from state government funds for developing e-study rooms in 15 government minority hostels. The Gehlot government has decided to allocate Rs 44 crore for infrastructure development in minority-dominated areas. Rs 5 crore will be spent for interest subsidy on loans, as proposed by the Congress government, under the Indira Gandhi Urban Credit Card Scheme, and for Maulana Azad University, Jodhpur.

A research bench will be set up for the upliftment of minorities.

A 'Shodh Peeth' will be set up for the upliftment of minorities and Rs. 2 crore has been sanctioned for this. The Gehlot administration has proposed to set up a solar pump grant scheme for minority farmers at a cost of Rs 15.42 crore. An official statement said that Rs 1 crore has been allocated for the Minority Meritorious Youth Promotion Scheme.
