Russia fired ballistic and cruise missiles

Zelensky said Russian forces used a variety of weapons, including ballistic and cruise missiles. Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yuri Ihnat said Russia "obviously used everything it had" to attack targets throughout Ukraine. The attacks, which began Thursday and continued for about 18 hours, targeted six cities, including the capital Kiev and regions of eastern and western Ukraine, according to officials.
