Bihar / Tejpratap yadav Aishwarya rai Divorce case Hearing in Patna High Court on 1st September 2022

Bihar : The hearing on the appeal of Aishwarya Rai, wife of State Forest and Environment Minister Tej Pratap Yadav in the Patna High Court, has been adjourned till September 1, 2022. A division bench of Justice Ashutosh Kumar Singh is hearing this appeal.

In the last hearing, the court while hearing the matter had asked both the parties to make efforts for reconciliation. For this, the advocates of both the parties were instructed to meet between them and explore the possibility of reconciliation. Tej Pratap and Aishwarya had appeared in the court in the earlier hearing. In the last hearing, the court had asked the advocates of both the sides to tell whether there was any possibility of reconciliation between the two sides. The court had asked both the parties to respond on this issue.

Senior advocate PN Shahi appeared for the court on behalf of Aishwarya. Tej Pratap's advocate Jagannath Singh had told that an appeal has been filed in the High Court regarding the order passed against Aishwarya Rai regarding domestic violence and increasing the amount in the maintenance case. The matter will now come up for hearing on September 1.
