This may include Labh Singh Ugoke, who defeated Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi from Bhadaur seat. He is the son of a sweeper.

Similarly, AAP leader Ajitpal Singh Kohli, who defeated Captain Amarinder Singh from Patiala and Jagdeep Kamboj, who defeated Sukhbir Singh from Jalalabad, could also be part of Bhagwant Mann's cabinet. Apart from these, educated doctors and other people will also be included in the cabinet, who will help the government in running a better administration.

By doing this, the Aam Aadmi Party will try to give complete evidence to its government that it is the government of the common man. The party can also get its benefit during the Gujarat and Himachal assembly elections. Similarly, in the cabinet of Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi, an attempt was made to give a big signal among the people by including common faces.

According to a senior leader of Aam Aadmi Party of Punjab, party leader Arvind Kejriwal, co-in-charge Raghav Chadha and future Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will decide on the faces of the ministers. The final decision on the names will be taken by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, but it will take full care of the consent of Bhagwant Mann.

According to the leader, some ministers may be sworn in during the swearing-in of Bhagwant Mann, while some ministers may be administered the oath later. Bhagwant Mann will take oath on March 16.

In fact, due to its administrative structure in Delhi, the intervention of the central government through the Lieutenant Governor continued to run the government. The Aam Aadmi Party has been feeling that if there was no intervention of the Lieutenant Governor in Delhi, it would have been successful in establishing a better administrative model in the whole country by running a better governance. But in the form of Punjab, the Aam Aadmi Party has got a complete state where it can be successful in establishing the desired model by running the government of its choice.
