Operation Sindoor / The Indian army was thrashed so badly that inflation rose to record high in Pakistan

Operation Sindoor: On the night of 6-7 May, India responded to the Pahalgam terrorist attack by launching missile attacks on 9 terrorist bases in Pakistan. This attack was a symbol of the intensity and decisiveness of Indian military strategy. In retaliation, Pakistan tried to attack many military bases and cities of India with missiles, drones and fighter jets, but the Indian security forces destroyed most of the enemy's weapons in the air itself.

After this, India once again retaliated and targeted 11 army bases of Pakistan, causing economic losses of more than 1 billion dollars to Pakistan. Pakistan's economy, already burdened with debt, could not bear this blow and inflation caught fire in the country.

Inflation is out of control in Pakistan, people are in distress

After India's attacks, a wave of inflation came in Pakistan that people have become dependent on essential goods. The situation started deteriorating rapidly after May 10. A massive surge has been observed in the prices of food items:

Milk: Rs 150/litre

Flour: Rs 120/kg

Mustard oil: Rs 500/litre

Ghee: Rs 2800/kg

These items used in every household are now out of the reach of the common Pakistani. Essential items like sugar, pulses and flour are disappearing from markets from Jhelum to Karachi. Stores have been emptied and whatever little is left is extremely expensive.

People took to the streets, fights in markets

The public, troubled by the blow of inflation, is now protesting on the streets. There have been reports of clashes between shopkeepers and customers in many cities. Fights and chaos have become common.

A 5 kg packet of flour is now selling for more than Rs 560.

Good quality rice has reached Rs 275/kg.

1 kg of chana dal is being sold for Rs 380 and gram flour for Rs 195.

The price of apple has reached Rs 500/kg and an egg for Rs 30.

The supply of water and electricity has also been badly affected. Now arranging two meals a day has also become a challenge in Pakistan.

Pakistani army celebrates amidst public anger

While the common people of Pakistan are struggling with hunger and inflation, celebrations are going on by giving the title of "Field Marshal" to Army Chief Asim Munir. The purpose of this title is to hide the defeat of the army and divert the attention of the public.

Munir and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif are busy hiding the severe blow of Operation Sindoor carried out by India and are trying to sell the illusion of a false victory to their people.
