The joy of marriage turned into mourning in Madhya Pradesh's Dhar district. On Saturday morning, the car involved in the procession overturned near village Phulgaondi. The groom was also in the same car, who died on his way to Indore for treatment. It was the wedding muhurat at ten in the morning and four hours before that the accident happened at six in the morning.

The procession was going from village Titgaria (Kheda) Davana to Labaria of Anjad tehsil of Barwani district. Radheshyam Sidhar's son Ritesh was to be married to Jyoti, daughter of Rajendra Dantlecha of village Labaria. There was a delay in leaving the procession, due to which the car was being driven at high speed. Meanwhile, near Phulgaondi, the groom's vehicle (MP09 WF 4959) broke the railing on the forelane and went into the field at around six o'clock. Four people, including Ritesh, who were in the vehicle were injured. The groom was seriously injured. From there the family took him to Indore, but he died on the way. Radhika's father Ambaram, Aarti's husband Ajay, Kishore's father Champalal have been injured.

Car was speeding

SDOP of Sardapur Ram Singh Meda said that the accident was reported on Saturday morning. After that we headed towards the accident site. By then the family had left for Indore with the groom. The car has reached the field after breaking the railing. Clearly his speed was too high. That is why this accident happened.
