Rajasthan Elections: The meeting of Rajasthan Congress Screening Committee continued till late last night in Delhi. After this meeting, Rajasthan Congress President Govind Singh Dotasara said that the screening committee decides who will get the ticket and who will not. We just express our views. We don't know who will get the ticket. Only they know the list that this screening committee will take to the CEC. On the question of rebellion in Congress, Dotasara said that there is no rebellion anywhere, everyone is together. During this time, he attacked BJP and said that the tickets of the MPs who have been given tickets by BJP have already been cut in 2024.

"This is BJP's preparation for 2024, not 2023."

During this time, when Dotasara was asked that BJP has fielded many MPs as candidates, in response he said that their tickets have already been cut, their faces have become pale. There will be an anti-incumbency wave against him, he is not worthy of the MP ticket, hence it is better if he becomes an MLA, otherwise in 2024 we can bring other MPs and he will not be able to say anything. Rajasthan Congress President said that this is BJP's preparation not for 2023 but for 2024. Because they have to bring new people, hence to cut their tickets, they fielded them in the legislative elections.

The ability to win the elections will also be seen - Gehlot

Amidst speculations that tickets of many sitting Congress MLAs will be cut in the upcoming assembly elections, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had said on Tuesday that while giving tickets, the winning potential of the candidate will also be considered. Gehlot, however, said that the public work at the local level has been done only through the sitting MLAs, so how can they be denied tickets? In view of this, the meeting of the Screening Committee of Congress continued till late night in Delhi and the meeting of the Central Election Committee is to be held today. It is noteworthy that voting for a total of 200 seats of Rajasthan Assembly will be held in a single phase on 25th November and counting of votes will take place on 3rd December.
