Delhi Liquor Scam: Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) leader K arrested in Delhi Liquor Policy Scam case. Kavita was produced today in Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court. The court has sent him to judicial custody till April 9. After this, Kavita has applied for interim bail in the name of her son's examination, on which the court has reserved its decision.

Let us tell you that Rouse Avenue Court had extended the ED custody of BRS leader Kavita till March 26. ED K. There was a demand to extend Kavita's custody by 5 days. ED had said that we have to confront Kavita regarding the statements given by her. We have already told what his role was. He conspired to give a bribe of Rs 100 crore. Now today Kavita will be presented at 11 o'clock. Let us tell you that he was also arrested by ED and currently he is in ED custody.

ED arrested on March 15

Let us tell you that on March 15, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested BRS leader K. in a money laundering case related to Delhi Excise Policy. Kavita was arrested after raids at her premises in Hyderabad. He was brought to Delhi for questioning. The BRS leader was brought to the agency's office in the national capital around midnight. According to the arrest circular, 46-year-old Kavitha, a member of the Telangana Legislative Council, was arrested by the Central Investigation Agency at 5.20 pm from her residence in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

Kavita conspired with AAP leaders

ED claims that K. Kavita allegedly conspired with Aam Aadmi Party leaders. Under which around Rs 100 crore was paid to AAP leaders to get benefits in Delhi Liquor Policy. Of. Kavita is being said to be a part of the alleged South lobby. In the Delhi Liquor Policy case, ED has so far raided 245 locations across the country and 15 people including Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Sinha and Vijay Nair have been arrested.
