Russian President Vladimir Putin has given a message to his nuclear army to be ready after increasing pressure from the West. On Monday, Ukraine was shaken by powerful explosions in Kharkiv and Kiev. Meanwhile, the good thing is that both the warring countries have agreed to discuss in Chernobyl. However, it is difficult to say right now that this will end the war.
