Priyanka made eight announcements for women, general public and farmers while addressing an election rally in Jalbandha village of Khairagarh assembly constituency. Up to 200 units of electricity will also be provided free in the state. Loans taken under women self-help groups and Saksham scheme will be waived off. 700 new rural industrial parks will be established in the coming years.

Priyanka announced, “All government schools in the state will be upgraded to Swami Atmanand English and Hindi medium schools. If residents of Chhattisgarh get injured in road accidents and other accidental accidents, they will be given free treatment under the Chief Minister Special Health Assistance Scheme. The outstanding motor vehicle tax and loan interest amounting to Rs 726 crore till the year 2018 of more than 6,600 vehicle owners associated with the transport business will be waived and 'Tivra' crop will also be purchased from the farmers of the state at the minimum support price.
