Putin achieved a record victory in Russia's elections on Sunday. By securing about 88 percent votes, Putin once again registered a resounding victory in the presidential elections. This will be his fifth term as President. He will remain the President of Russia till 2030. In 1999, the reins of power in Russia were handed over to Vladimir Putin. After the record victory, Vladimir Putin thanked the people of Russia and the soldiers fighting in Ukraine. He said in an interview that Russia can neither be intimidated nor suppressed. He said the vote results reflect the confidence of Russian citizens in his leadership. That the Russian people trust him is clearly evident from the election results. ‘Russia will develop relations with Beijing’

When asked about relations with China, Putin said that both Russia and China have common interests at the world level. This is just a coincidence. He said Moscow will only develop relations with Beijing in the coming years. And will further strengthen the relations between the two countries.

‘Those who wage war against Russia will be identified’

Along with this, Putin promised that all law enforcement agencies of the country will be instructed to identify people taking part in the war against Russia. During this, while referring to the banned Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC), he said that there are only 2,500 members in this corps. Who are being thrown outside the state borders. Putin clearly said that there is no provision for death penalty in Russia. But we will treat traitors as we treat them on the battlefield. Putin has declared the banned Russian Volunteer Corps a terrorist group and outlawed in the country.

'The people of Russia have confidence in Putin's leadership'

Along with this, after the victory, Vladimir Putin issued a statement in which he said that the percentage of votes clearly shows that the people of Russia are aware of their responsibility. Russia and the entire country are committed to protecting the interests of its citizens. And if needed to protect the country, we can also take up arms. In his new term, Putin stressed the need to resolve challenges, increase the country's defense capabilities and strengthen the army.
