Vijay Nair was living in Kailash Gehlot's house

Were staying. The ED alleged that at the time the liquor policy was made, Aam Aadmi Party's communications in-charge Vijay Nair was living near the chief minister's residence and the residence officially belonged to Kailash Gehlot.

On today's inquiry by ED, Kailash Gehlot said that even today I am saying that I had no information about Vijay Nair staying at my house. I have always said that I never lived in my government-allotted bungalow because my wife and children did not want to move from Vasant Kunj. I never went to Civil Lines. I have told this to CBI also.

Kailash Gehlot, in response to the question, said that he was never a part of the Goa election campaign, where the alleged proceeds of the liquor scam were promoted. Kailash Gehlot said, "I cannot comment on this as I was never a part of the planning of the Goa election campaign." He said that he had not faced Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
