Kanwar Yatra 2022: As soon as the month of Sawan starts, Shiva devotees from many states including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh are coming to Uttarakhand with Kanwar. Kanwariyas are going back to Haridwar by filling water from the Ganges river. During the Kanwar Yatra in Haridwar, more than one Kanwar is being seen.

On Monday night, young Kanwariyas who came from Delhi on Harki Paidi decorated the Kanwar with notes of 1.25 lakh rupees. People are thronging to see the kanwar with the note. Whoever saw Kanwar adorned with Rs 1.25 lakh notes, took a selfie with him or made a video and made it viral on social media.

100 and 20 rupee notes were on the kanwar. Apart from this, there was a crowd of people to see the life-size photo of PM Narendra Modi and UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Kanwar, Tricolor Kanwar and Kedarnath temple. Apart from this, Kanwar with the tricolor flag, Kedarnath temple, Adam-less photo of Modi and Yogi remained the center of attraction. Apart from this, Shiva devotees are also reaching Kanwar Yatra with a huge idol of Shiva-Parvati.

Rescued two kanwariyas drowning in the Ganges

The Jal Police rescued two Kanwariyas who were drowning in the Ganges. On Tuesday, two Kanwarias Navneet Kumar, resident of Narkeel Delhi and Rahul Sharma resident of Jitendra Nagar Parwana Road Delhi Jodhpur Bhawan were drowning in the Ganges. He was rescued by the divers of the Water Police. Sunny and Vikrant were included in the rescue team.

CM will welcome Kanwariyas by showering flowers

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will welcome the Kanwariyas on Wednesday. During this, he can also shower flowers on the Kanwariyas. The program will be organized at Ganga Ghat near Damkothi and Shankaracharya Chowk. On the other hand, the District Magistrate inspected the Ganga Ghat near Damkothi on Tuesday and saw the arrangements. District Magistrate Vinay Shankar Pandey took stock of the arrangements regarding CM's program and gave directions to the officers.
