To avoid arrest, an anticipatory bail application was filed on behalf of the accused person. The court rejected this petition. Since then the 31-year-old man is absconding.

The victim woman says that she cannot describe in words what she felt. She went under mental stress after it was revealed that her husband was gay. She told that, my husband kept not only me but also his family in the dark.

Married in November 2021

The woman, a resident of Airoli, Navi Mumbai, told that the boy's family members had brought a marriage relation in June 2021. During this, the woman had refused the marriage saying that she would not marry a boy who earns less money than her. After this the boy along with some of his friends came to meet him. Among these friends was also a 60 year old man. The woman told that, the person showed me an offer letter of a salary of 14 lakhs per year and convinced me to marry him. After this, both got married in November 2021.

60 year old man went on honeymoon too

The woman told that after marriage, I was going to go on a honeymoon with my husband. During this, her husband told that a friend of his is also coming with his family. The woman opposed it, but later she agreed. The woman told that, that 60-year-old man also went with us on honeymoon.

Used to do wrong things in the bedroom

The victim told that, after a month of marriage, she started feeling that her husband does not show interest in having physical relations with her, rather, he does wrong things in the bedroom itself. She told that one day she read some messages on her husband's phone. These messages were from the same 60 year old man who went on honeymoon with us. In the message, both of them expressed their love for each other and also sent many photos and messages to each other. When she wanted to tell this to the family members, her husband threatened her with a knife. However, the woman showed courage and lodged a complaint with the police.

The woman's lawyer said that many social media sites mislead gay people. These sites mislead 'gay' people that they can hide their homosexual relationship and marry a woman and have children. The same thing happened in this case as well and the accused person got confused after falling in the circle of these social sites.
